Karen Tirozzi brings extensive experience in delivering software applications to users in high-pressure environments, including the financial services and health care industries. Having worked start-up companies for nearly 10 years, her expertise is in building the infrastructure to implement & support software in high growth environments, while insuring the needs of a demanding customer base are met.
Prior to joining Derivix, Karen served as VP of Client Services at PatientKeeper, a health care software vendor which grew to implement and support internet-based applications for hundreds of hospitals, clinics and physician group practices across the country during her tenure. Karen is also a social worker by background, working for seven years in various clinical settings in Boston area hospitals.
Karen holds a master's degree in social work from Simmons College and bachelor's degree from Boston University.
