Charles “Chaz” Shaw has broad-based industry knowledge through years of sales and business development experience in the derivatives markets. He has an extensive background in early-stage financial technology companies, including his instrumental role in the launch of an electronic futures exchange.
Prior to joining Derivix, Chaz was the Director of Sales at ITG Derivatives. He was also Partner and Managing Director at Redsky Financial, a DMA provider, which was acquired by ITG in 2008. Earlier in his career, Chaz managed buy side sales for Interactive Brokers, and led the derivative sales and trading group at Nomura Securities.
Chaz holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
